Formulation Labs may receive information you provide directly, including your name, email address, company information, and the business context you choose to share through email, the apply form, the contact form, or the scope wizard.

When you accept analytics cookies, the site may collect device, usage, and performance information to understand traffic and improve the experience.

Vercel Web Analytics records anonymous page views and basic performance on this site.

PostHog may also record product analytics and session replay. Session replay masks form inputs so typed values are not stored in recordings.

Google Analytics 4 may run when configured for production traffic, and only after you accept analytics cookies.

You can change your mind with the consent controls on the site. Declining analytics cookies stops these analytics tools from loading for that browser.

Information is used to review fit, respond to inquiries, improve the public site, and operate the business responsibly.

Formulation Labs does not sell personal information and does not use submitted information for unrelated mass marketing.

Information may be shared with service providers only where needed to operate the site, deliver messages, or support an active engagement. That can include Resend for email delivery, Slack for internal notification of form submissions, the Formulation Labs client portal for intake records, PostHog, Google Analytics 4, and Vercel (hosting and Web Analytics).

Information is retained only as long as it is useful for legitimate business, legal, or operational reasons.
