Technical SEO at scale

We dig into very large websites and find the specific technical reasons they are not ranking, then hand over a clear, ordered plan to fix them.

Deep technical audits of large websites, including a marketplace with 95,754 indexed pages, that find exactly what is suppressing search visibility and lay out the order to fix it.

Context

On a large site, the reason traffic is flat is rarely the writing. It is usually buried in the technical layer: pages that should not be indexed flooding the crawl, structured data that is silently invalid, a server that takes three seconds to respond, or language targeting that points the wrong way across a dozen markets. The job is to find those causes precisely, at the scale of tens of thousands of pages, and turn them into a fix list a team can actually execute. We did this for a large marketplace and for a multi-location site.

Constraints
01

The marketplace ran to 95,754 indexed URLs across 13 sitemaps, so the audit had to reason about the site at scale, not page by page.

02

Many of the problems were invisible from the surface, like empty schema identifiers, broken language targeting, and assets from an unrelated site loading on every page.

03

Performance issues had to be traced to their true cause, separating a slow server response from slow images.

04

The output had to be a prioritized plan, ranked by effort and impact, not just a list of complaints.

Work performed
01

Audited a marketplace of 95,754 indexed URLs and 46,024 profile pages across seven dimensions: technical health, content quality, on-page, schema, Core Web Vitals, images, and readiness for AI search.

02

Isolated the highest-impact failures, including a 2.94 second server response time, empty schema identifiers on every main page, language targeting broken across 17 markets, thin pages at scale, and assets from an unrelated site loading on every page.

03

Ran a parallel audit of a multi-location site, finding missing local-business schema, indexed account pages wasting crawl budget, and render-blocking scripts hurting load speed.

04

Delivered prioritized remediation roadmaps for both, separating five-minute quick wins from the structural fixes, each ranked by effort and expected return.
